Since 2001, the foundation has made many grants to local and emerging artists pursuing their passion and career in Opera and provided essential support to opera companies and individuals who share a commitment to producing opera for the Canterbury community.

Requests for support are assessed by our grants committee to ensure they align with the foundation’s objectives and principles while protecting and growing its capital base.
